John hold's a BA from The University of Toledo majoring in Communications, a MBA from National University with emphasis in International Business and a Ed.D focusing on Executive Leadership from Liberty University.   He has dual Certifications as a Business & Life Coach. He has various Google Certifications in  Ads, Display, Analytics and Search. Other expertise include assisting leaders in assessing and managing risks as well as making integration easy for staff.  He is Certified with The US Institute of Diplomacy of Human Rights to do workshops on the topic.  He is also published author and speaker on various subjects relating to the mindset of people and an active advocate of "Play".  A husband and father of five (blended),  John enjoys serving in the community and keeps busy with several civic duties.
